By clicking the “Download Now” button a confirmation pop-up will appear. Here you can rename the file, exclude contacts that you have previously purchased or click “Download Now." If you have credits in your account already, you will be brought to the “My Folders” page. Here simply you select the list you just downloaded in the “Select a Folder” section and then in the “Select an Action” section click “Export to Excel/CSV." If you do not have credits in your account then you will be prompted to enter your credit card information. If this is the first time you have used our site you after you fill in your information you will need to speak with a member of Client Services Team in order to confirm the purchase. This is for security reasons. Once you speak a Representative you will be able to access the data in your “My Folders” tab and follow the steps above to download.
