If you are logged into Optimizer for Marketing, click on the person icon in the upper right-hand corner, then click on your name. On the My Account page, the "Update Password" module is on the right-hand side.
If you are on the Optimizer for Marketing login page, input your username then select “Forgot password?" An email will be sent to the username with a link that will bring you to the Reset Password page. If you do not receive an email be sure to check your junk folder. If you still have not received an email, contact our support team at 1-800-870-5199. You can also submit a request any time via our support portal at support.dnb.com.
Passwords must be a minimum of 12 characters long. They must include 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 number. You can include special characters though they are not required.
