What do I do if my Company Data HealthScan hasn't returned within 24 hours?

Typically, a Company Data HealthScan should return within a 24-hour window. However, if it is still running beyond that point, please contact our Support team at 1-800-870-5199. You can also submit a request any time via our support portal at support.dnb.com.
