If you forgot your SalesProspex password, there is a link located on the login page that will say “Forgot Password?” Click the link to have a confirmation email sent to your registered email address. After you receive your forgotten password confirmation email, follow the link titled “Reset Password” to change your SalesProspex password. If did not receive the email first check your “Junk” folder and then contact our Client Services Team at 1-888-826-4877 ext 2 between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm EST or anytime via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
