What do I do if my Contact Data HealthScan hasn't returned within 24 hours?

Typically, a Contact Data HealthScan should return within a 24-hour window. However, if it is still running beyond that point, please contact our Client Services team at 1-888-826-4877 ext 2 or and one of our dedicated specialists will be able to advise between the hours of 8 am – 6 pm EST, M-F.
